We are OOH ("Company," "we," "us," "our"); OOH Advertising Requisites Trading LLC, located at Office 1912-149, The Binary by Omniyat, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE. Business Licence Number: 1501766.

We operate, as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").

1. These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and OOH ("us") concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

26. You shall not, directly or indirectly, use any Confidential Information to solicit, approach, or negotiate with any third-party suppliers, media owners, or partners introduced to you by us, with the aim of bypassing us or procuring media or related services independently or via another agency.
27. You agree that any attempt to circumvent our commercial role in any campaign or opportunity that results from your interaction with us will constitute a material breach of these Terms. In such event, we reserve the right to seek appropriate remedies, including but not limited to injunctive relief, damages, and recovery of any lost commercial value or fees.
28. These obligations shall survive the termination of your use of the Services and shall remain binding for a period of 24 months following your last engagement with us.
